Stores Co-Ordinator

Location: Ballymena

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Salary: £31k

We are working with a long-standing client who are seeking a detail orientated and results driven individual to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Role:

• Manage stock of raw materials, tools, consumables and spare parts.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software.
• Carry out regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Forecast material requirements with production teams to avoid shortages.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of materials in line with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise, train and monitor store personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods (reorder levels, safety stock, etc.).
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
