- Supporting PCB manufacturing improvements through hands-on testing of electronics and materials
- Collaborating across engineering, production and quality to solve real-world reliability challenges
- Building and maintaining the technical documentation that keeps risk visible and managed
- A degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- A background in electronic design or test
- Sharp analytical thinking and a genuine appetite for problem-solving
- Clear communication skills as you'll be writing technical reports and influencing across teams
- Experience with failure analysis, accelerated life testing, or high-temperature electronics
- Knowledge of component packaging, PCB manufacturing or database tools
- The occasional flexibility to travel
