About the role
- Contact inbound and existing clients by phone, building rapport and establishing trust
- Qualify prospects and assess suitability for protection reviews
- Book and manage appointments for Protection Advisers, ensuring efficient diary management
- Follow up with clients post-appointment and maintain accurate records
- Work towards daily and weekly booking targets, collaborating with a high-performing team
- A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Target-driven with a genuine commitment to client outcomes
- Excellent communicator who can set the tone for a great client experience
