The Role
You’ll lead creative concept development across all design platforms, taking ownership of brand challenges for global consumer brands from initial strategy through final execution. This means conceptualizing ideas for packaging, corporate identity, and brand development projects that span visual systems and communication campaigns. 

You’ll drive creative direction by contributing ideas openly and providing feedback that elevates concepts beyond initial thinking, working with a strategic perspective on how design serves the broader brand vision. The neuroscience collaboration shapes how you approach consumer behavior, but creative autonomy and boundary-pushing remain central to the role. You’ll work across brand worlds and communication campaigns with significant project ownership.

The Person
A Senior Designer from a global branding agency or a major consumer brand in-house team, you have substantial experience in packaging design and brand development, with a portfolio demonstrating visual systems and communication campaigns. 

You understand the connection between design and commercial outcomes and are comfortable taking creative leadership from concept to execution. Most importantly, you’re ready to originate ideas and own creative components of meaningful projects rather than executing others’ concepts.
