The Role
You’ll lead the creative direction across a real mix of concurrent projects for early-stage startups and scaling founders. This means driving both social campaigns and brand identity work with the distinctive, sometimes kitschy sensibility the studio is known for. You’ll collaborate intensively with the creative team in real-time, reviewing and building on colleagues’ work rather than working in silos. 

The role includes mentoring junior and mid-level Designers through constant dialogue, developing their taste and problem-solving approach. You’ll work closely with the Operations Director and founding team on project kickoffs and pitches while maintaining creative excellence across all deliverables.

You’re currently a Creative Director or Design Director with a specific taste for experimental, risk-taking design that tells stories rather than just being aesthetically correct. You understand work that can be quirky and sometimes ridiculous while maintaining conceptual rigor. 

You’re someone who thrives in highly collaborative environments and has strong people management skills to nurture developing talent. This is for someone whose judgment and taste should shape the work.
