Contract Product Designer

This is product design at a scale that exists nowhere else. The company coordinates over 202 million monthly users through systems that must work flawlessly across vastly different markets, payment infrastructures, and cultural contexts simultaneously.

The Role
You’ll own product design challenges from initial concept through launch and iteration, taking full responsibility for the design lifecycle on one of the world’s largest mobility platforms. This means creating wireframes, user flows, visual designs, and interactive prototypes that solve complex UX problems at unprecedented scale – work that gets used 72 billion times and counting.

You’ll design scalable systems and frameworks that enable simple experiences for millions of users, partnering directly with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Researchers to define requirements and shape product strategy. The role involves presenting work at varying levels of fidelity, integrating user research insights, and continuously improving shipped experiences based on both qualitative feedback and quantitative performance data.

The Person
A Product Designer with 5+ years designing consumer-facing digital products at technology companies or digital consultancies. You’re proficient in modern design tools, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and proven experience leading design initiatives from discovery through launch in fast-paced environments. Experience designing complex operational workflows is essential.
