Account Director

A globally recognised creative consultancy with a portfolio spanning airlines, governments, and brands is expanding its London presence. This is an agency that has built a reputation for strategic, narrative-driven work across more than 130 clients worldwide.

The Role
You’ll lead day-to-day delivery on a major North American company rebrand – a comprehensive project moving them from a product-led to a brand-led business model. This involves strategy, architecture, identity refinement, and brand system creation. You’ll work directly with a Client Service Director who values genuine strategic leadership over project administration.

The role sits within a lean but senior client services structure where directors stay hands-on with delivery. You’ll manage client relationships and project teams to keep work aligned with brief and commercial objectives, while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Project managers handle operational elements – you focus on relationship leadership and strategic direction. This is account direction that influences the brief, the work, and the relationship.

The Person
An established Account Director with 2 – 3 years of proven experience across multiple agencies. Your background spans brand strategy, architecture, identity and communications rather than advertising. Ideally, you bring corporate B2B experience – software, tech, or fintech – to complement the team’s hospitality expertise. 

You understand the difference between strategic account leadership and project management, and you’re ready to move beyond relaying information toward genuine relationship leadership.
