Midweight Visualiser

This agency is on the lookout for a Midweight Visualiser to join them at a pivotal moment – they’ve just invested in the latest graphic hardware and are looking to bring in someone ambitious who can be a real driving force here, keeping the momentum and continuing to raise the bar on the incredible creative output they’re known for. 

The Role
You’ll transform campaign concepts into immersive retail environments and 3D content for a diverse client portfolio. The work spans retail visualisation for a major global sportswear brand, packaging mockups and 3D assets embedded into identity and motion projects. This isn’t pure execution – you’ll contribute to creative dialogue from the brief stages, suggest new technologies, and help drive technical innovation. 

You’ll work as part of a two-person 3D team with freelance support, reporting to a Creative Director who actively listens to what people want to work on and creates those opportunities. The role offers genuine scope to broaden your skillset across disciplines while building expertise in retail visualisation that reaches global audiences.

The Person
A 3D Visualiser with several years’ agency or in-house experience, including retail visualisation work, you’ll be highly proficient using Cinema 4D, ideally with Redshift render engine experience, and ideally you’re more comfortable on a PC rather than a Mac. 

You bring graphic design sensibility alongside technical 3D capability – someone who avoids the reflexive chrome-and-reflections approach. You’re ready to move beyond pure execution into contributing ideas and creative thinking within projects.
