Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Managing client accounts and delivering excellent customer service
Managing candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment process
Generating new business opportunities and developing existing accounts
Maintaining accurate records and activity through our CRM system
Working towards and achieving individual targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

Previous sales experience
Account management experience
Strong customer service skills
Minimum of 6 months’ recruitment experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
