Neulinx have partnered with an innovative health tech startup focused on revolutionising women’s health. We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to drive the technical strategy and execution.

The Role:

• Lead technical strategy and roadmap implementation.
• Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Hands-on development using Typescript, Next.js, Python, and AWS.
• Collaborate with founders on product direction.
• Manage DevOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: Typescript, React, Next.js
• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Next.js
• Database: Postgres, Prisma
• Cloud: AWS (Fargate, ECS, Lambda)

About You:

• 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in Typescript, Python, AWS, and relevant technologies.
• Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.

Bonus Points:

• Health tech experience or understanding of data privacy regulations.
• Familiarity with AI, data science, or scaling products.
