They’re now hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their growing team at a crucial stage — just ahead of a major product rollout.

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle — from shaping architecture and writing clean, scalable code to improving performance and enabling intelligent, data-driven features. You’ll collaborate closely with the AI and product teams to help build out a platform that’s smart, robust, and built for scale.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership — perfect for someone who thrives in product-led environments and wants to shape a high-impact fintech product from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Designing and building scalable backend services and modern, intuitive frontend components
• Collaborating on the technical direction and architecture of the product
• Developing and integrating APIs, database systems, and third-party tools
• Supporting AI feature integration and ensuring seamless user experiences
• Contributing to code quality, testing frameworks, and performance improvements
• Working cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to ship end-to-end features
• Helping scale systems to support increasing user demand and complexity

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech
• Strong backend expertise with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
• Solid frontend skills with React and TypeScript
• Experience designing and working with REST APIs and relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure
• A collaborative, pragmatic approach and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI/ML-driven platforms or tools
• Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Background in building data-rich applications or working with analytics tools
• Exposure to fintech products or an understanding of financial workflows
• Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or vector databases
