Neulinx is partnering with a fast-growing, product-led PropTech business headquartered in Edinburgh. With 50 people in the company and a smart, ambitious engineering culture, they’re helping independent property owners level up their digital presence—and now they’re scaling their AI capabilities.

They are now hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with a strong Product mindset. You’ll be joining a team of 8 engineers, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, and working on product features that drive genuine outcomes for users.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and deploying fullstack features from scratch—across web and mobile
• Integrating LLMs (OpenAI) into the core product to power smarter, more automated experiences
• Improving how thousands of listings are synchronised, priced, and presented—at scale
• Building and maintaining features in both the web app (React) and mobile app (React Native + Expo)
• Collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers to drive fast, customer-focused improvements
• Streamlining legacy systems and improving scalability, performance, and reliability

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Fullstack skills – confident with React, TypeScript, Postgres.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Understanding of relational databases (Postgres preferred) and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative team
• Based in the UK – ideally Scotland (remote or hybrid options available)

Desirable

• Proven experience working with LLMs.
• Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks
• Experience working with Python and React Native.

Tech Stack

Backend: Python (Flask), Postgres, AWS

Frontend: React, TypeScript

AI/LLM Tools: OpenAI integrations, LangChain (or similar)

Infrastructure & Tooling: Terraform, GitHub Actions, Sentry, Grafana

Remote or Hybrid – You Decide

This role is open to engineers across the UK, though being Scotland-based is ideal. You’re welcome to work fully remotely, or use the Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis if preferred.
