Chef / Chef de Partie

BSNI are working with a leading company in Carrickfergus to recruit a Chef de Partie. This role is Adhoc. As and when required.

Requirements:

Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, taking pride in keeping the kitchen and all catering equipment clean and well-maintained.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Preparing and cooking food, while delivering high standards of food prep and service.
Monitoring portion and waste control, ensuring all food hygiene/ health and safety rules are adhered to. Setting up the kitchen pre-service and cleaning down the kitchen post-service.

Commis Chef – £14.02

Chef De Partie – £17.23

Sous Chef – £18.82

Lead Chef – £20.51

Head Chef – £22.77

Required:

Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate
Basic certifications in Health and Safety in the workplace, as well as Allergen Awareness
Proven tenure in a professional kitchen as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie.
