We're looking for a Production & Quality Lead to oversee the day-to-day production of our market-leading Bikehangars. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in leading production, maintaining quality standards, and developing a small, dedicated team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll work alongside your team while taking responsibility for production planning, quality control, staff supervision and continuous improvement.

You'll lead a team of 4 production operatives, ensuring build targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of 4 production staff.
• Build alongside the team while overseeing daily production activities.
• Carry out quality control inspections and sign off completed products before release.
• Maintain and improve build standards, work instructions and quality processes.
• Plan production to meet installation schedules and customer demand.
• Train and coach new and existing team members.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure materials and production schedules run smoothly.
• Complete production records using NetSuite (or similar ERP system).

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or assembly environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a small production team.
• Strong Quality Control (QC) experience, including inspections and maintaining production standards.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of health & safety within a production environment.

Desirable:

• Experience using NetSuite or another ERP system.
• Continuous improvement or process improvement experience.
• ISO 9001 or quality management system knowledge.
