Lettings Manager

They offer an excellent working environment, career development and a flexible working pattern to their staff.   Due to continued success and future growth plans, they are now seeking a high calibre Lettings Manager to join their busy Liverpool office. They are looking for a strong manager to lead their vibrant lettings team, to achieve their full potential every day.   The role will be focussed on the ‘front end’ of lettings, continuing to increase the portfolio and to ensure that all properties imaginatively marketed and let, year upon year. They are looking for a highly professional, sales driven lettings manager who can act as the face of the company and provide an exceptional service to their clients.   You will be responsible for managing the lettings team, setting team targets, training, and developing staff whilst keeping them motivated to perform to their best of their ability. We are looking for an experienced lettings manager who can deliver results whilst ensuring that the team is thriving and creating a dynamic working environment.   We are looking for a polished, confident and inspiring manager, who has experience within a similar role, ideally someone who knows the Liverpool market.
