Property Assistant

Our client is a highly prestigious property company with a huge market presence within central Manchester. Due to internal promotion they are now looking for an enthusiastic and professional graduate to join their successful team, as a Property Assistant adviser.

Working within a front of house role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and all related third parties, so we are looking for an extremely well presented, cheerful candidate who has exceptional customer service skills. Working within a busy office, you will be responsible for dealing with a variety of telephone enquiries, booking appointments, arranging and attending viewings, producing emails and liasing with landlords and tenants on a daily basis.

The role is based in trendy office in central Manchester, working alongside a team of highly trained professionals who can offer you support and a wealth of experience. A lively office where staff work hard to achieve success but have plenty of fun whilst doing it!

This is a superb opportunity for a graduate with 12 months office experience to get their ‘foot in the door’ of a market leading property organisation, offering exceptional training, development and career progression. You must be able to work alternative Saturdays (lieu day given) and Monday to Friday hours are 8.30 -5.30pm.

Our client is offering an attractive starting salary of £20,000k plus additional bonuses of £2- £5k.
