Mortgage Adviser

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to work within an established and successful Estate Agent. Based within their award-winning Chester office and working with a prestigious brand, you will benefit from gaining access to high quality mortgage leads. Located within their busy high street branch, you will have the potential to grow your client base whilst gaining exclusive access to high quality leads and earning an uncapped level of commission. This is an extremely fast- moving environment and you will need to be motivated and focussed on delivering a high level of customer service. You must have at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role, along with CEMAP and CAS qualifications to be considered for this exciting role. Our client will consider both self-employed mortgage advisers, depending on your preference.  The annual projected earnings for the position is £55,000-£60,000 during year 1, years 2/3 more likely to be £80,000 - £100,000k plus.
