Sales Negotiator

Our client is a successful independent Estate Agent in Southport with a reputation for high standards and fantastic customer service. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a fast-paced estate agency sales role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and grow your property sales portfolio. Main responsibilities:

• Generating new business opportunities
• Arranging property viewings
• Arranging valuations
• Dealing with enquiries
• Negotiating offers
• Working to daily targets
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Sourcing and advertising new properties
• Cross selling financial and legal services

We are looking for a dynamic, career driven salesperson who is extremely motivated, professional and has a proactive approach to work. This role offers an excellent working environment, incentives, rewards and career progression. Basic salary of £17K - £20K plus commission OTE £25K-£30K You must be able to work weekends. A full UK driving license and your own vehicle is required.
