Property Sales Manager Manchester Role - My client is a highly successful property company who specialise in selling exclusive off plan developments to a global client base. They have been a key player within the investment industry for many years and have firmly established themselves as a market leader within their field. They have a dynamic and stable sales team, many of who has been with the company for over 5 years. They have a reputation for rewarding staff, providing an excellent working environment and ensuring that the opportunity for career progression is available to top performers. They now have a new opportunity for an experienced property sales professional to lead and develop a new division of the company, which will primarily involve the re sale of property investments, to a range of current investors and potentially new clients within the UK and abroad. With an already established market for this type of sale, you will be given extremely warm leads to start selling from day one within this role. Our client has heavily invested in marketing for this division and expects that due to anticipated volumes, you will very quickly need to take on additional team members to add to the new sales team as the business thrives and evolves very quickly. With the full support of the rest of the company, you will be given every opportunity to succeed within this sales role, which will ideally evolve into management position within 6 months. The role will primarily be office based however there will be some requirements to travel off site to carry out valuations and meet with prospective clients, so you must be driver with your own car. We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional, with experience within the property sector (estate agency, investments sales or similar), seeking an extremely lucrative opportunity with career progression and genuine prospects. Their livley office is located in East Manchester, with free on-site parking, just 5 minutes from the M60. Basic salary £21,000-25k,000 plus OTE £45,000k and more in year 2.
