They are now seeking an extremely high calibre Property Sales Manager, to manage and develop the Investment Sales team in Manchester. Working closely with the team to ensure that they are maximising every potential sales opportunity, developing new and current clients and providing daily coaching and training will be just a part of this challenging role. You will work with individuals to identify training needs, setting sales targets, ensuring that your team are continually motivated to perform to the best of their ability. You will be responsible for exceeding competitors within the Investment Sales Industry and driving your team forward to be the best performing sales team in the region. As part of our client’s ambitions expansion plans, you will take ownership of recruiting new team members, developing new agents to fulfil their potential. You will also have the opportunity to organise and attend targeted sales exhibitions, in the UK and Internationally. Working closely with the marketing director, you will promote the company and develop new sales strategies, always striving to ensure that business targets are met, or exceeded.
