Lettings and Sales Consultant

My client is a highly prestigious Liverpool based estate and letting agent, with a reputation for providing exceptional customer service. Set in fashionable city centre offices and with ambitious future growth plans, they are seeking a successful letting and sales consultant to join their vibrant team.  About the role This is a fast-paced combined lettings and sales consultant role in Liverpool, where you will be given the autonomy to develop new and existing business throughout the local area. You will already be successful sales or letting negotiator, a self-starter who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service. Main responsibilities:

• Arranging and attending viewings
• Carrying out valuations
• Developing new landlord relationships
• Targeted on winning new business and developing current client relationships
• Negotiating sales and rental contract terms
• Working to daily targets
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Working closely with the property management team
• Contract renewals
• Sourcing and advertising new properties
• Generating new business opportunities
• Selling to a mixture owner occupiers and investors
• You must be a driver with valid UK licence

We are looking for a dynamic, career driven candidate who has experience within the property sector and is now looking for the next step within their career. This lettings and sales consultant job in Liverpool offers the opportunity of career progression within 12 months, along with an excellent working environment, incentives, rewards and other benefits. You must be able to work some evenings and every other Saturday. Basic salary £18,000k -22,000k, plus car allowance and OTE £30,000k.
