Project Architect Manchester £32,000 £38,000 The company: An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Project Architect to join a well- known medium sized studio Manchester. Established for over a decade the practice has become synonymous with quality work within the residential and student accommodation sectors. The owner has worked hard to create a flexible environment for the architects who work there, with a proven track record of retaining and developing talent. The role: You’ll take medium/ large sized projects from the design stage through to completion. The schemes are based nationally and each one is unique offering variety and challenging your technical knowledge and design capability. The practice almost exclusively uses Revit so knowledge of the software would be beneficial, but full training will be given. As you’ll be taking full responsibility for your own projects excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate ideas will ensure successful completion. Your skills: Applications are invited from Project Architects with experience of taking jobs from design through to construction. They’re also willing to upskill architects who feel they are lacking in an area at their current practice and would benefit from exposure to other work. Revit skills are advantageous, but what’s most important is a passion for producing quality architecture and the ability to work well with their current team.
