Project Architect

The  company:

An opportunity has become available for a competent Project Architect to join a medium sized studio in Liverpool. Known for producing a previous portfolio of quality work the practice is going through a period of growth. With an exciting pipeline of projects across various sectors the Project Architect will run their own jobs with support of the wider team.

The role:

Working collaboratively with like-minded and dedicated architects you’ll produce high quality designs across a number of key sectors. As the majority of their clients are based locally you’ll work closely with them to ensure deadlines are met. Excellent coordination skills are required, as you’ll  supervise the construction phase and keep up with the demands of the projects. The role would suit an architect who enjoys variety and likes to oversee the whole lifecycle of the jobs they run.

Your skills:

You’ll be an experienced Project Architect with excellent knowledge of UK building regulations, strong design skills, and a proven track- record running medium/ large scale jobs independently. Excellent communication skills are required, as you’ll use your technical knowledge to suggest solutions and provide innovate ideas to project limitations. Revit skills would be an advantage.
