Asset Manager/Property Management Surveyor

As a result of continued business growth, they are now seeking a newly qualified or RICS graduate level (experienced) candidate to join their prestigious asset management team in central Manchester. We are looking for a commercially aware, ambitious asset manager who has had minimum 2 years’ experience within a commercial property management role, ideally with experience in managing a range of clients (both commercial company and individual investors), with the confidence to handle all areas of property management. Duties will include: ·         Managing both Landlord and tenant advisory ·         Producing monthly client reports ·         Service charge administration ·         Offering an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of high profile clients ·         Working closely with maintenance contractors to ensure that work is carried out to a high standard ·         Conducting property inspections We are looking for a newly qualified chartered surveyor, or a RICS graduate who is close to completing their APC.
