Estate Agency Branch Manager

Our client is a dynamic property company with a strong market presence across the north west. After enjoying steady growth over the last few years, they are now firmly established as a key player within the Liverpool market. With an expanding team and further plans to develop this year, they now have an opportunity for a branch manager to join their busy sales and lettings division in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales/lettings manager, or for a senior negotiator who is seeking the next step within their career. They are looking for a sales-driven, ambitious candidate who has a genuine passion for the property industry and the tenacity to further develop the sales and lettings portfolio, taking the business to the next level. Your daily responsibilities will include: -          Managing the sales and lettings team -          Setting targets and ensuring they are met -          Booking and carrying out valuations -          Overseeing sales and lettings processes -          Developing new business -          Networking -          Overseeing marketing strategy  -          Ensuring that customers all receive an outstanding level of service -          Developing the team, training and recruitment To be considered for this position, you must have a proven track record within sales or lettings, along with a strong understanding of the local market.
