The company: A Manchester based well known practice requires an experienced Project Architect with Revit skills to join their award- winning team. Based centrally in the city centre they have developed a reputation for producing inspirational and highly functional architecture. Due to a strong pipeline of business an opportunity has developed a skilled Architect with a background of working on medium to large schemes. The job: The practice is known for offering a comprehensive project management and the role will involve a clear focus on providing design solutions. An excellent level of technical ability will ensure you are able to meet those challenges. It’s important that you can work well with the rest of the team as the scale of the projects will mean working very closely with your colleagues. As you will be dealing with a high- profile client, the ability to maintain existing relationships and run a complex project will ensure the practice maintains their excellent reputation for providing exceptional customer service. Your skills: You will need a background in working on medium to large scale jobs and a working knowledge of Revit. The ability to solve technical challenges whilst considering the impact on the design is also essential. The role requires excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with colleagues and external contractors to ensure successful delivery. A large project that will allow a competent architect to develop their skills and take their career to the next level.
