Daily duties will include: ·         Managing a large portfolio of residential properties ·         Landlord and tenant account management ·         Providing an exceptional level of customer service ·         Arranging maintenance with contractors ·         Negotiating rental terms and contractor rates ·         Renewals and referencing ·         Managing rental arrears and handling any disputes ·         Dealing with escalated complaints ·         Occasional property inspections and viewings ·         Working closely with the lettings team to ensure properties are rented ·         Overseeing junior team members, providing assistance and support ·         Managing rent reports and payments ·         Deposit release This is an exciting position for an experienced property manager, who is seeking a new challenge within a company where they can develop into a senior property management role. You must be a highly motivated and organised property manager who is able to work under pressure, provide an exceptional service and lead by example to the rest of the team. Salary £20-£22k plus incentives and bonuses. You must be able to work some evenings and week-ends.
