What you’ll do

• Craft clear, accurate suitability reports and advice that inspire confidence, protect clients, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Conduct robust research and prepare recommendations across investments, pensions, protection, and tax-efficient planning.
• Own end-to-end compliance, quality control, and documentation—ensuring every file stands up to scrutiny and reflects best practice.
• Support advisers through the full client journey—fact-find, strategy, implementation, and ongoing reviews—becoming their trusted technical partner.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and emerging best practice, safeguarding clients and strengthening the firm’s reputation.

What you’ll bring

• Progress toward (or achievement of) the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Proven paraplanning experience within financial services/IFA/wealth management.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, tax, and compliance, with a passion for precision and clarity.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership, meet deadlines, and elevate the quality of advice.
