As part of our exciting 5-year growth strategy, we’re offering a rare opportunity to take ownership of a client portfolio worth c.£15 million AUM—and the support and structure to grow it even further.

Starting salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus (no validation target earn bonus on everything you write)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow and nurture your assigned client bank through exceptional service and advice.
• Convert warm leads from introducers, professional partners, and digital channels.
• Build new connections by networking with solicitors, accountants, and other professionals.
• Deliver tailored advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
• Manage and expand client portfolios, working closely with our paraplanning and admin teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma-qualified (minimum Level 4) Financial Adviser with proven client-facing experience.
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys growing a book and developing new business.
• Working towards Chartered status (or already qualified).
• Someone who thrives in a flexible, supportive environment.
