Education Recruitment Consultant

Teach In is a specialist long term and permanent recruitment agency with offices within London, Nottingham, Newcastle and Manchester. We are looking to recruit a talented Education Recruiter to join our London team to run either a Primary or Secondary desk. Teach in is a fantastic place to work with a team of enthusiastic recruiters all with a background within teaching and collectively over 20 years experience within Education Recruitment.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a real passion for education and not only wants to make money but wants to make a difference within a school by placing high quality classroom practitioners.

We are looking for ambitious, tenacious and resilient people who are able to handle a variety of situations. The right candidate will be quality driven with an outgoing personality. You will have excellent spoken and written English. You will not be afraid of hard work and will be able to commit to long hours but reap the rewards afterwards.

We are open to Graduates who want to come into the recruitment sector and Experienced Education Recruiters who want a new challenge.

About us

We are a small company… We have 4 consultants in London and we want to expand our teams as we move to our new state of the art offices close to Tower Hill overlooking the Thames.

We are passionate about listening to what our candidates want and we invest our time in building strong relationships with them as they are our most valuable resource.

We specialise in permanent recruitment so no need for the sales bashing to schools.  We start at 8am so no early starts as we don’t deal with supply. We have a great team ethic and we are people that really believe in ‘Work Hard/Play Hard’.
