Pink Tile Education is recruiting Education Support Workers for a specialist SEMH school in Guildford, supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
The Role:

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Build positive relationships and encourage engagement
Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Help create a safe, structured and supportive environment
Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams

We’re looking for:

Experience with SEMH, SEND or behavioural needs
A calm, resilient and proactive approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in education, care, youth work, coaching or support work
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the school’s rural location
