The Role

As Sous Chef, you’ll be an integral part of a talented kitchen brigade, working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and maintain the outstanding standards this establishment is known for.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with beautiful seasonal ingredients, contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen and help inspire a team that shares your enthusiasm for great cooking.

What We’re Looking For

• A background in Rosette-awarded restaurants, fine dining or premium gastropubs would be highly desirable
• A genuine love for seasonal British cuisine and exceptional ingredients
• Strong leadership skills with a positive, hands-on approach
• Excellent attention to detail and consistently high culinary standards
