External Sales – Electrical Wholesale

A well-established electrical wholesaler is seeking an External Sales Executive to develop and maintain customer relationships across their territory. The role involves visiting customers, generating new business opportunities, and working closely with the internal sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the allocated territory

• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information to customers

• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback

• Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and stock levels are managed efficiently

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth

• Attend trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as required

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in electrical wholesale is essential

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

• Confident in presenting products and solutions to customers of all sizes

Salary negotiable dependent on experience + bonus
