About the role
Branch Manager required for an established electrical wholesaler.
Hands on role responsible for sales growth, customer development, branch performance and leading a small team.
The role:• Driving sales and branch profitability
• Developing existing customer accounts and winning new business
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Managing and developing the branch team
• Overseeing day to day branch operations
• Managing stock and supplier relationships
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Experience within electrical wholesale
• Strong sales and account management skills
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to lead from the front in a branch environment
• Salary negotiable depending on experience
