Commercial Finance Manager

You’ll play a key role in supporting senior leadership with the financial insight needed to drive business performance. This isn’t a role focused purely on reporting – you’ll be involved in shaping decisions, challenging assumptions, and helping the business understand what’s really driving results.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
• Delivering meaningful commercial analysis and performance insights
• Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making
• Leading stock reporting and improving visibility across the business
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
• Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement

We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least two years’ post-qualified experience. You’ll have a strong commercial finance background, advanced Excel skills, and solid financial modelling capability. Experience working with stock reporting and ERP systems such as SAP or Sage would be advantageous.
