About the role
Essential recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Production Line Leader on weekend shifts due to continued growth and expansion at our client in Burton.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience, be able to run a team for the day to day operations and able to ensure policy’s and procedures are being followed.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company on a temporary ongoing basic.
Hours:
- Saturday and Sunday
- 6:00am – 18:00pm
Pay Rate:
- £13.17 per hour
Contract: Temporary to permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for all Factory SOP relevant to the role are followed and adhered to
- To be responsible for ensuring the production packed stock meets the specification
- To ensure picked jobs are checked thoroughly before releasing on production lines. This includes ensuring the correct labels, sleeve, componentry and raw materials are being used as per job specification.
- To ensure in process checks are preformed on time diligently and accurately.
- To ensure documentation is accurately completed, and to ensure any agreed deviations are clearly documented.
- To be responsible for a full line clearance sign off.
- To be responsible for reconciliation of work order wastage, and investigate any anomalies.
