Associate Dentist – Plymouth, Devon – Full or Part Time 

MBR Dental are assisting an independently owned dental practice in Plymouth, Devon to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available immediately with notice periods considered
• Full or part-time opportunity.
• Dentist required 1–5 days per week
• Surgery space Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
• Days and hours to be discussed.
• Independently owned practice.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Up to £20,000 joining bonus (terms apply)
• Flexible UDA target & rate.
• Significant Private potential
• Option for 1–1.5 days per week focusing on stabilisation/urgent care at £500 per day with no UDA target
• Dentist will inherit an established patient list of NHS, Denplan, and Fee-Per-Item
• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings

• Offers General Dentistry, Smile Makeovers, Short Term Orthodontics, Facial Aesthetics, and Implants
• Computerised with SOE software
• Onsite iTero Scanner, Trios Scanner, CBCT, OPG machine

• FD training practice with mentorship available

Requirements:

• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.
• GDC registration
• Active Performer Number
• Enhanced DBS certificate
