Associate Dentist – Weymouth, Dorset – Full or Part-Time

MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Weymouth, Dorset to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

Key Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods considered.
• Full or part-time role, up to 5 days per week
• Surgery space Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
• Flexible days and working hours to suit the dentist
• Permanent self-employed position.

Earnings & Remuneration:

• Negotiable UDA target.
• Up to £15.00 per UDA.
• 50% split on private work
• Optional joining bonus available in exchange for tie-in
• Opportunity to become a mentor
• High demand for Private Facial Aesthetics, Short-Term Orthodontics, Crowns, Bridges, and Dentures (experience advantageous)
• Opportunity to offer plan alongside NHS
• Average earnings of £40,000-£150,000 per year depending on number of days worked, UDA target and scope of Private treatment.

Practice Overview:

• 3-surgery dental practice.
• 2 Dentists already in situ.
• Clinical support from Hygienist.
• Digital X-rays and Rotary Endodontics in each surgery
• Well-established practice with a loyal patient base
• Located within a 5-minute walk from the train station.
• Parking available opposite the practice.
• Commutable from Dorchester, Poole, Yeovil and Bournemouth.

Requirements:

• GDC registration
• Active Performer Number
• Recent DBS certificate (required on request)
