About the role
Commercial Litigation Partner - London
A prestigious London firm with a strong commercial litigation practice is seeking a litigation partner to join its expanding disputes team. This is a rare opportunity to lead high-value, complex commercial cases, advising a mix of corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth clients. The role is due to succession and retirement of the older generation of partners at the firm.
Platform: a personalised boutique - like style of service with a strong client base especially across technology, media, and telecommunications clients, as well as fintech and digital sectors.
Regulatory expertise: They frequently advise on complex regulatory issues, licensing, compliance, and disputes connected to these industries.
This firm has niche positioning: Their commercial litigation work is often intertwined with sector-specific issues - e.g., tech IP disputes, media contracts, fintech regulation but this firm also has a strong corporate offering so does very well for broad corporate disputes.
Conflict free, flexibility and attractive compensation package.
