FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our high-growth fintech company in Dubai. This is a strategic finance role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments and is passionate about combining data and financial insight to drive growth and efficiency.

You’ll report to the Head of Finance and work closely with executive leadership, product, and operations to provide real-time financial analysis, planning, and business support.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Own and manage the annual budget and rolling forecast processes across business units

• Develop and maintain multi-scenario financial models and cash flow forecasts

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with product, tech, and commercial teams to align financial goals with business strategy

• Provide actionable insights and performance analysis to senior stakeholders

Reporting & Analysis

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packs including P&L, KPIs, and variance analysis

• Analyze business drivers, customer cohorts, unit economics, and profitability by segment

Investor & Board Support

• Assist in preparation of investor decks, board presentations, and funding materials

• Contribute to due diligence and financial modelling during fundraising or M&A activity

Systems & Tools

• Improve and automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, and FP&A tools

• Support implementation and enhancement of finance systems and data integrations

✅ Requirements

• 4–7 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance—ideally in a fintech, tech, or high-growth environment

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI or Tableau a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail

• Solid understanding of SaaS/fintech metrics (LTV, CAC, ARPU, churn, etc.)

• Experience working cross-functionally with product/tech teams

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or MBA in Finance preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
