Located in a nurturing environment in the Surrey countryside, our small school uses evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to give children with complex special educational needs the tools to navigate the world.

We are looking for Trainee Teachers who see behaviour as communication, who have boundless patience, and who want to celebrate the "small wins" that are actually massive milestones for our pupils.

The Role: You'll work in a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team alongside therapists and senior teachers. You'll learn how to tailor lessons to the exact micro-needs of each child, keeping accurate records and watching your impact unfold in real-time.

Who we are looking for:

• Someone who already has hands-on experience with children with SEN and understands the challenges and rewards.

• A driver with a UK licence and a vehicle (the school's beautiful rural location requires wheels).

• A reliable team player who brings positive energy to the classroom.
