About the role
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey (Shuttle Bus from Guildfors Station)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (Flexible/Part-time options available)

The Opportunity:
We are looking for naturally empathetic, positive individuals to join our team as Learning Support Workers. In this role, you won't just be doing a job-you will be directly empowering autistic adults to gain independence, learn new skills, and thrive.
What Your Day Looks Like:
Active Support: Splitting your time between our adult centre and out in the local community.
Creativity: Planning and delivering fun, practical lessons to help learners achieve personal goals.
Independence: Supporting learners to access social, leisure, and employment opportunities.
Care: Assisting with dignity-focused personal and intimate care (dressing, washing, toileting) when required.

Who You Are:
A naturally patient communicator who loves working as part of a team.
Someone with relevant personal, voluntary, or professional experience caring for others.
Resilient, level-headed, and comfortable handling challenging behaviours.
Possess basic literacy and numeracy skills, alongside a deep respect for confidentiality.
