Sales Negotiator

Do you have experience in property sales, commercial property, land management or investment banking?

Our client based in Shrewsbury is looking for a driven and ambitious individual who has the appetite to learn and progress quickly within a fast paced but highly rewarding environment.

You will ideally have a degree from a law, real estate, surveying or financial services discipline and have experience or at least a strong desire to work in the property or land management industry.

Your role will involve identifying opportunities to acquire land and develop relationships with the land owners to ensure a smooth transaction through to completion of the purchase.

You must demonstrate confidence and excellent communication skills and be able to process complex information, translating it into laymans terms for the clients to ensure their experience is as stress free as possible.

This role would suit a people person who thrives off working in a target driven environment. You will also have a proactive approach and work with integrity.

Offering an attractive salary of between £30,000 & £50,000 (inclusive of commission, car allowance in the first year)
