Private Client Solicitor

Our long established and well respected client are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ Post Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their esteemed legal team based in Shrewsbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with a specific focus on trusts, and preferably hold STEP qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, with a particular emphasis on trusts.
• Provide expert legal advice on matters related to inheritance tax, wills, and estate planning.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their individual needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay abreast of changes in legislation and regulations affecting private client law.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering a reputation for excellence in service.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client law.
• Ideally STEP qualified or working towards the qualification.
• Proven experience in handling a wide range of private client matters, particularly in trusts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in legal documentation.
