Legal Secretary

We’re looking for an organised, personable and proactive Legal Secretary to join a busy Residential Conveyancing team within a well-established Shropshire law firm.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting clients through important life moments and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Previous legal secretarial or conveyancing experience would be ideal, however we are also keen to hear from ambitious Law Graduates looking to build a long-term career within the legal sector.

The Role:

• Supporting fee earners within the Residential Conveyancing department
• Managing diaries, calls, emails and client communication
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Opening and maintaining client files
• Providing a professional, friendly and organised service throughout the property transaction process

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Confident IT and administration skills
• Previous legal/conveyancing experience OR a Law degree with a genuine interest in conveyancing
