Sales Manager

Due to continued growth, my client is seeking a Property Sales Manager, for their carbon neutral luxury development, comprising of 150+ properties, for both rental and sale.

This role is based onsite in Surrey, with flexibility needed to work weekends.

You will be managing what is initially a small team of Sales Consultants, though you will be the first contact point for potential customers. You will lead, develop and coach your sales consultant (s) to provide an exceptional customer journey, showing empathy and understanding of the customers wants and needs, taking them from a prospect to a resident, seamlessly.

You will oversee all sales, ensuring that systems and procedures are correctly followed, and all relevant legislation is adhered to (AML, ARCO, TPO, CPR etc)

You must have solid experience of selling off-plan, and used to dealing with extended sales cycles.

Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate your successes and achievements within this.

Basic salary up to £45k with a guaranteed commission of £1500 a month for a minimum of 6 months.
