My client is a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in the Bournemouth area, looking to strengthen its Contentious Private Client team as part of its ambitious growth plans. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to develop their expertise, take ownership of their caseload and contribute to the continued success of the practice.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious private client matters
• Handle contested Wills, probate and inheritance disputes
• Advise on trust disputes and related claims
• Deal with claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Handle Court of Protection matters and other complex contentious private client disputes
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Contribute to networking, business development and the growth of the team

About You

• Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE and experience in Contentious Probate or private client disputes
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing practice
