A industry leading organisation based in Ballymena are seeking a commercially minded Assistant Accountant to join the organisation.

As the successful Assistant Accountant you will receive:
- Salary: £30,000 - £38,000(Depending on experience)

The Role
The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process the purchase/sales ledger invoices for the organisation.
- Conducting weekly cash reporting, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly VAT returns.
- Assist in the payroll for a part of the organisation.
The Person
The successful Assistant Accountant will meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Accountancy software experience.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Being part-qualified or accounts technician qualified is desirable.
