About the role
Aureol Global Connections is seeking six dedicated Plastic Recycling Process Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recycling process of plastic materials to ensure efficient and environmentally friendly operations. You will work closely with machinery, monitor processing parameters, and maintain quality control to support our commitment to sustainable practices. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic recycling machinery and equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Conduct quality inspections on recycled plastic materials to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of production data and equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance on recycling equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve recycling processes and optimize productivity.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated with best practices in plastic recycling.
Requirements
- Proven experience or vocational training in plastic recycling, manufacturing, or a related industrial process.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining recycling machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours as required.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and recycling practices is an advantage.
