Aureol Global Connections is looking for a skilled Folding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this position, you will be responsible for operating folding machines to bend and shape metal sheets according to job specifications. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate folding machines to bend metal sheets as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate folding dimensions.
- Monitor the machine during operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain precision and quality.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments to verify they meet quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Folding Machine Operator or similar role in manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and folding specifications.
- Strong knowledge of folding machine operation and setup procedures.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
